My roommate and I moved down here from Utah without knowing anything about the area. We read the reviews and while most were bad, we just thought that anyone who had a good experience wouldn't take time out of their day to write a review. Stupidly, we thought that we'd have a great first apartment in Phoenix. We told management that we didn't know if we'd be staying a year and asked about the fees related to buying out of a lease. They told us we'd have to pay a concession fee and that was all. They said this 4 times over the 2 months we were talking to them about moving down. So now, 6 months after living in this over-priced apartment, they are telling us we have to pay 2 months rent, 150 in concession fees, and 30 dollars for every month we have lived here. The staff is rude and aren't willing to compromise, and the grounds are fine but not worth the extra money they say they are. I have met the manager 3 times in the course of living here, and while going to talk to her about buying-out she asked "Have I ever met you before'" They care about nothing but your money - and act very sweet and conscientious and then forget about you as soon as you sign. Be careful about this place!
