Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Not bad but close to it... My 2 BR unit had new appliances and new flooring when I moved in, and that's why I took it....most others had old. But...it smelled badly of cigarette smoke and the bathroopm sinks are plastic. Master shower is old and looks it. Common bath is new. My unit was right on 23rd ave and it's noisy, traffic and such. The nieghbors were fine though. The staff is friendly and accomodating, and all requests were handled promptly.
