Here's a list of things that any apartment seeker should be aware of before signing a lease here.

-LOUD neighbors
-A LOT of car relating theft
-idiotic staff
-annoying landscapers
-a useless broken gate
-water is constantly being turned off with a days notice
-limited parking
-late night swimmers (in underwear)
-leaking toilets

Now to be more in depth...
Loud neighbors. I wouldn't mind as much if it was once or twice, at any time before 1am, but this apartment complex has attracted a bunch of younger people who like to party EVERY night (underage drinking) and they yell and scream at each other right outside their door! At least take it inside! Not only that, but they screw around with their cars (peeling out) or rev their stupid crotch rocket motorcycles.
Speaking of motorcycles, for some odd reason, 23rd ave right in front of this place, is a race track, because there are constantly crotch rockets and "suped" up cars blowing by on that road.

Car related theft.
Now this bothers me the most because it costs me money!! I've had parts stolen off of my old truck, my boyfriend has had parts stolen off of his civic, another guy had his car broken into and his radio and other misc items stolen and god knows what else has happened there. I tried looking on the security cameras to see if I recognized the person who did it, and of course, the camera isn't even directed at the lot...its pointed at a completely different area that wasn't even part of the apartment. USELESS.

Oh the Staff.
The women that run this place are just retarded. They never give my packages to me and i've had numerous occasions where they were either returned to sender or completely lost. I've been living here for a year and every time I walk in to talk to them they always ask "Are you here to see a model'". One incident involving their great customer service is when a swarm of bees built a bee hive in front of the person's door that lived below me. I called them to ask what was being done about it, and they told me..."Oh we have someone coming out sometime tomorrow (this was at 2pm) and someone has already been stung so be careful." I'm allergic to bees, so it was either be rushed to the hospital, or go stay at my moms almost 50 miles away.

The landscapers.
They come about once a month around 8am. I wouldn't mind them as much if they didn't take about 2 hours to blow leaves in one spot (this is 3 different people working on the same spot) Not only do they take forever, and are extremely loud, they constantly goof off, and cat call when you walk by.

The useless gate.
This is the biggest reason why there has been so many car related theft. When that gate stops working (which is for weeks) its really easy for a car to drive in, steal something, and hit the road. Another thing, is that crappy thing is SO loud! and you have to drive around the ENTIRE apartment to get to the exit gate. One gate in, another out. Frustrating.

NO WATER
They are always having problems with their water. it's constantly being turned off with barely a days notice. Not only that, but in the middle of the day! Completely an inconvienence.

Parking
Per apartment you have only on spot, which wouldn't be too bad if they had a good amount of open parking. But of course, the open parking are idiotically placed, and there is never enough.

Late night swimmers.
It wouldn't be a problem if they weren't loud and practically naked. There have been multiple times where I have woken up to a bunch of drunk girls and guys in the pool in just their underwear yelling and screaming, and practically having sex. Disgusting

Leaking toilets.
All the time. Even after they have "fixed" it.

Well there is my review, and I hope it helps. Please save your money and spend it somewhere better.
