This apartment complex harbors a maintenance man who has attempted to rape one of the residents. If anyone out there is currently interested in living at Willow Springs, my best advice is for you to stay away! No one should have to live in an apartment complex where the residents are completely ignored. This manager has refused to address the attempted rape issue caused by her employee (maintenance man) who could not keep his filthy hands to himself. The manager, instead of addressing the issue, has decided that this issue is not worth her time. She has ignored the victim-resident and has refused to do anything to correct this problem. The maintenance man still works there. You have been warned!!

It's a beautiful thing to live in a country that allows people the freedom to speak their minds freely, but often in doing so, you say things you know very little about, and look foolish in the end. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law,( and by your peers) those are the rights given to anyone being blessed to live in America. If there was any proof in your story, the maintenance man would not be employed, simple as that, but your accusations are empty and without merit. I can honestly say that I would be very disappointed in the Manager is she was to fire her maintenance man simply because someone cried wolf...I would hate for someone to point their finger at me and accuse me of something I never did and have no say or be able to defend myself. Those are the facts, if you have facts to support such horrible accusation, provide proof to the manager, otherwise, don't try to hurt someone simply because you don't like them.

I agree that the United States of America is wonderful in that it does provide freedom of speech. Thank you for reminding me of my 1st Amendment rights. With the mere fact that you have responded to my comment about the maintenance man shows that you have heard about this attempted rape issue. Also the fact that you have responded shows that you either personally know this maintenance man, who you are assuming that I am defaming, or that you work for the management at the Willow apartments. You have not shown any facts to disprove what actually happened, which is that this maintenance man sexually assaulted one of the residents. You are merely stating that someone cried wolf and that you would hate for someone to point a finger at you. These are not facts! They do not prove anything. It is true that everyone is innocent until proven guilty as we do not live in a Napoleonic state, however, the fact that the police is investigating the situation shows that something did occur. With all due respect you should get your facts straight and you should mention to management, assuming that you are not management yourself, that management needs to train its maintenance guy to keep his hands to himself, otherwise, management will be exposed to a lawsuit.
