the worst racist place i have ever seen. you have to be of a different color for them to consider your application(south of the boarder if you know what i mean)otherwise forget it. they woudn't even look at your application until it's move in date. and god forbid you don't get approved, what do you do when you already gave your previous landload an evacuation notice.
Racist people to the core expecially the manager herself!!!!!!!!!!!!

I find your review quite interesting. I am a woman of color, and have not had any problems since moving to this complex. My application was approved without any problem, and the entire staff has been nothing but courteous and respectful to me. I'm sorry your experience was not as pleasant as mine, and hope you find suitable housing and management elsewhere.
