In response to the negative postings regarding this community and Roxanna Cantero,and as a current resident, I'm compelled to set the record straight.I am the roommate of the individual who mentioned the professionalism with which she has been treated while a resident here, and no, she is not an employee of the management company.Anyone who has dealt with the office staff (including but not limited to the leasing agents, manager and regional manager) to make a repair request, complaint or to ask a question regarding rules and regulations of the community should note the name of the person they spoke with. My roommate and I both make it a point to know the office staff's names as well as they know ours.The same holds true for the on-site security.When speaking with them, we make a point of letting them know who we are i.e.our names, bldg we live in and apt. #.Why someone would find this an uncommon practice is beyond my comprehension.

As for the comments regarding Roxanna Cantero's residency status, I'm curious as to how the individual making the statement obtained her information, as it is not a matter of public record.I'd be careful when making potentially libelous and scandalous statements on a public forum such as this.

Finally, the lack of respect allegedly demonstrated by on-site management has never been directed at either my roommate or myself during our residency here.I would remind those who feel that a lack of respect has been shown to remember that in order to be shown respect, one must give respect.
