I'm sitting here trying to imagine a more godawful living experience, and for the life of me I cant. Why, you ask' Because it doesnt exist. Easily, easily the biggest motherf__ing disaster of an "apartment complex" this side of purgatory. Step right up folks, we have drug dealers, car thieves, prostitutes, gunshots, stabbings... I have a job and a responsibility to be there, otherwise I'd name a few dozen other "anomalies" plaguing this place. Management staff' Whats that' Now they're going condo. What this means is that instead of renting a hole in the wall surrounded by all of the aforementioned luxuries, you can buy one!! Hopefully for your sake you'll read the sign out front, it says "We are going to take your money and provide you with nothing more than the opportunity to be ogled, mistreated, denied AC and water for days at a time, given monthly eviction notices, mugged, stabbed, shot and forced to take the bus because your car is halfway to Mexico. And if you survive that... you'll be sent to collections for the bill that we ring up on all of the 1970's era appliances that only worked half of the time and were ignored by our "maintainance staff" for the entirety of your tenancy/sentence.

wow! totally rings a bell. everything you listed I had problems with. thankfully my car was never stolen or broken into.
the last few months I lived there I was scared to go outside. I dreaded leaving for work as I thought my apartment would be broken into.
I went 2 months without hot water.
hmmm, from something you mentioned I think you were my neighbor.
No one should be living in this dump. I moved to a much nicer part of town and scrap by just live in a nice, safe complex. I'd rather do that than ever live in GhettoTree ever again.

Amen! I lived in TrashTree apartments and it SUCKED! NO hot water, outdated appliances, crappy neighbors. Total piece of crap this place was, oh and now I see they remodeled. You know the saying you can polis a turd and its still a turd.
