I am offended. Windsor Palms is my home. I have lived here for a while, and my neighbors are great. The grounds are wonderful. This is an apartment community, in Phoenix Az in 2009!! There will always be issues, but when I have gone into the office the staff was always friendly and helpful, and took care of my problem in a timely manner. The location is terrific, it is near the freeway, so you can get anywhere in Phoenix in just a few minutes. The rent is reasonable, and includes utilities, so I do not have to worry about that 200.00 electric bill in the summer!
I like Windsor Palms, and have been very happy here.

That place is awful.Employee are selfish and so rude.Kids noise,party noise after hours,motorcycle noise after midnight,air condition very poor and at summer time is so so hot inside units,laundry facilities in very bad condition,doesn't work in proper manner,very dirty...Pool furniture so old and unsafe...do not sit,small gate's unsafe,lite so poor,palms trees in bad conditions,restrooms clogged and over flooded,they did not repair anything for a long time...where our money goes?They do not care about residents,there is a lot of problems,parking lot awful and not covered,storage unit to expensive,bad unprofessional employee and they have every couple months new manager and every new one is worst then oldest.Where is owner in that story,why he doesn't care?

TO Anonymous from 10/10/2009. if you like here why you were move out?So something is wrong with your review,or you are an current employer and want make up story and defense bad management...that is s.hi.t. so if is so good came back and stay over there with sex offender around,roach inside,manager and her crappy employee....
TO anonymous from date 5/23/2010. WE agree with you,that place with current manager is awful and getting worst...OWNER WHERE YOU ARE,WHERE OUR MONEY GOES?
