Been here about 6 months, parking stinks, people park in other's reserved spaces, not enough guest parking within walking distance, cars have been stolen, & car alarms go off as well as other street noises frequently (all hours). Maintenence took at least a month to replace the step on the stairs outside the 2nd floor apartments, never offered explanation, bugs everywhere even after spraying (then I find them dead just as often). I really liked the floor plan here & the price, now I know why: lots of dark spots at night & poorly lighted, armed robbery within the past week, ghetto birds patrol overhead on a regular basis lots of crime in the area (most of my guests don't feel safe outside). Management (3rd group since I moved in...) communicates well however, front office is very rude & unorganized, they are don't seem to care unless your paying rent. I work long hours & have always kept to myself. I'm embarrassed to live here. I'm saving up to leave this dump A.S.A.P.

i still live here and because they keep switching management they tell us they only have us on record for a year and we have been there almost three. I fight with the office constantly to help keep crime down but the police dont even patrol through here at night and if they do its for a drug bust.
