I use to work there so I know what I'm talking about the owner dosen't want to spend a dime to fix it.
He received money from the bank to fix it but instead he painted it.
That's like slapping make-up on a two dollar hooker.
Come on Pedro (OWNER) put the money back into the property.
If you want to contact the owner call the Links apartments on Royal Palm.
He will give you what you want because he hates to hear from the resident.
He just wants to make you go away.
Back to the roaches I went into one apartments where the roaches where so bad that when you open the front door it rained down roaches. That's not the worst yet you open the stove and there was roach nest in the oven. The carpet was infested with them we pulled the carpet up and it was gross.
So think twice about living here.
Managment will keep on changing due to the owner he keeps trying to skip put of paying them and the vendors.
Crime let me tell you I audit the files there they are so bad, you criminals liveing there. Sex offenders and felonys are all allowed to live there.
Parents beware and if you value your car don't allow yourself to park there.
Please don't rent there it's that bad

Would like to ask you some questions since i still live here and cant get them to get security. my car has been broken into twice and tire slashed in a one month period of time. is it true that they dont have a budget for security.

A budget is a guide line not,so even though it might not be budgeted but it is. We had it for 5 days a week 6 hour days. The price is about $3800. a month. The owner can do it for a couple of months till things on the property get better.
A budget is there for management to keep track of what is has been made and spent for the property it changes if needed.
So contact your local police department, Squaw Peak Princent they will come down hard on the property to become crime free certified like they represent on Woodbridge signs. They are not even up to code. The crime free divesion will ride them till they make the changes such as lighting, bushes trimmed to 3ft in hight etc.
Trust me you tell management your plans they rather add security than have police department bothering them. But make sure you put every complaint in writing and certify the letter also send it to the corporate office and property office and to the Links Apartment where the owner has his office addresed to Pedro.
This way you have prof whic can be valueable if needed in court.
Tell the office that budgets can be change to add value to safety to the property.
