There are problems of course. I have a 1br and loft, and I love the space. Very roomy. The complex itself does need some major work. They keep shutting off the water due to water leakage or pipes broken. Understand that these apartments are pretty old. The office staff has changed a few times since I've moved in and the maintance needs some improvement. I still do not have a screen door for my patio nor a screen for my bedroom window and I've been here for a year. It took maintance 1 week to fix hot water faucet on my bathroom sink which was running, not leaking. It didnt bother me because it didn't affect the hot water and I do not pay for water. My apartment was a mess when I moved in, I had to clean it myself. The heat on my newer dishwasher doesn't work. The disposal is out and still not fixed. Right out my front door, the floor is sinking in, which the rain doesn't help when AZ gets it. Oh, the parking sucks. The only uncovered parking is by the front office, and in the very back. I keep having people park in my spot but I cannot have it towed because the complex never issued out a code card for the towing company. My area is quiet and the neighbors are nice. But the place looks trashy. I'm not renewing my lease. I guess the saying is true, you get what you pay for.
