MANAGEMENT NEEDS HELP!!! From: SMCCLUNG22@AOL.COM Date posted: 11/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I MOVED OUT IN OCT. I TURNED IN MY KEYS AND DID A FINAL WALK THROUGH ON 10/27/07 AND WAS EXCITED TO HEAR I'D GET MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BACK (ALMOST $600) ONLY I WAS TOLD TWO WEEKS MAX TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK AND NOW ALMOST 3 WEEKS LATER I'M STILL GETTING THE RUN-A-ROUND FROM THE OFFICE STAFF. I PAID A LARGE DEPOSIT TO MOVE INTO MY NEW HOME AND WAS COUNTING ON THE DEPOSIT IN 2 WEEKS AS I AN A SINGLE MOM. I LIKED LIVING THERE ASIDE FROM THE CONSTANT AIR AND WATER PROBLEMS AND THE PARKING IS HORRIBLE. THERE IS NO GUEST PARKIN IN THE BACK AND WHILE I WAS MOVING MY MOTHER HAD HER TRUCK TOWED W/ ALL MY STUFF IN IT B/C THERE IS NOWHERE TO PARK AND LOAD A VEHICLE WHILE YOU'RE MOVING EXCEPT FIRE LANES. I HAD GREAT NEIGHBORS, WHICH WAS THE ONLY REAL HIGH POINT OF LIVING THERE.
