When the economy tanked alot of the --------- left here. The manager, who is not really interested in anything but filling this place up, contacted the Phoenix Refugee Center. We now have all kinds of people from the middle east. There is clothes hanging all over patios, car tires, broken bikes, and just general junk, which is against the rules. Cigarette butts everywhere. The pool equipment was literally torn up. The life ring looked like some one chewed it up. It has gotten quieter here since the new tenants do not have much stuff. No cars in the parking lot blasting music with drinking and drugging going on. I will have to admit that the drug dealing has gone way down. The roaches are very much in control. I have an outbreak about once per year. Maintenance is a nightmare. Nothing seems to get done unless they are turning an apartment. Four years ago a manager started to clean the landscape up, but he started from the back of the complex. It looks pretty nice back there, but up here in the front, it is a mess. New mail boxes were installed three years ago and they still do not have stucko on them. The wood will soon rot out and have to be replaced.

The Chiller is the big issue. The heat was out almost all winter. So far this year the chiller is working ok, but it is not July yet. We had no A/C for ten days one summer. Stay away. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

I totally agree that it is becomming a third world here. I also agree that maintence sucks. I have lived here for a while but this is the worst I have ever seen it. People steal your undies from the driers before they get dry. The middle eastern people are very rude to white people. They let their kids run amuck. Don't move here ir you care about your belongings and privacy.
