Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
The new ownership seems to be too preoccupied with fixing up the exterior of the apartments - rather than providing a quality living environment for current tenants.

We have activated gates that are broken 50% of the time, fire alarms going off at least once a week, poor security, poor septic system
