In the year I've lived here the gates Have maybe worked 5 months altogether! The new management company sucks they have managed to lose my rent 3 times already and tried to evict me just this week! Then today I get up and tell them oh hey my car got stolen and they basically said oh well not our faults. When I first moved in I paid to get the "upgraded" apartment. it was a ------ remodel job and now they're spending a million dollars to fix up the place but they can't fix the stupid gates' not a month goes by without having a police copter fly over the neighborhood. I'm so glad I am moving next month! The rent is way overpriced for the treatment by the management staff that you get here and the ship shod job they do of upgrading. Then the parking. Your assigned parking spot is on the opposite side of the complex from your apartment it sucks. I repeat do not live here!
