I moved in Sept of 2006, since then My car has been vandalized twice. The "Security" gates rarely work. The complex has been undergoing "renovations" for the last five months. There are criminals, sleeping drunks and animals feces for the kids to play with. After 8 months they decided to raise my rent by $100 per month. Theft is rampant. It is noisy. There is no water pressure. The list goes on and on. Dont rent here, at all, period.
