In the time I have lived here, the apartments have gone through 1 live in management team, a management company, another live in management team, the worlds WORST management company and back to management team number 2. All of that shuffling around makes any kind of request or repair results very inconsistent. The walls are pretty thin and I have had the luck of 2 different domestic disturbance couples (usually the disturbances were at 1:00 am to 4:00 am)living under me. Right now I have 2 20ish year old neighbors that play rap music and watch action movies at 2:00 am every night. They must have a fantastic sound system because with the bass turned all the way up it's like "50 Cent" is in my apartment. I have notified management, but it is still happening. I received a new kitchen sink 1 year ago and it has already fallen apart. The spray nozzle and faucet have become loose and pull right out of the sink. Nothing has been done yet. October of 2006 all of our cabinets were to be painted, and they came in to put primer on first. They were supposed to finish the following week. I still have primer colored cabinets. Quite attractive! My partners car has been broken into twice, the last time was about 9 months ago. The glass from his window is still on the ground next to his car door. You might ask why we stayed here' It's close to his work and we have been saving to get a house. We are now on a month to month lease and are house hunting!
