When you look at the apartments in the day you might actually consider moving in. You would definately change your mind if you spent one night here. If you have a nice motorcycle I guarantee it will be gone in a month unless you park it inside your apartment, and even then I can't guarantee anything. There are at least 6-7 cars stolen here every night, so when they tell you we have security on property all the time they lie. We have security here Friday Saturday and Sunday night, but the funny thing is they leave at 2:00 am, so all the drunks from the bars that just closed come home and cause trouble with no reprocussion. If you have a heartbeat and they think you might be able to pay about half your rent they will let you move in. The maintenance crew is lead by a Jerry Springer show freak that I would not subject my family to. Getting something fixed is a joke. I had no electricity in half of my apartmentfor 4 months, and all they had to say about it was sorry for the inconvienience. The cops spend more time here than I do. I refuse to go outside after dark without my fully loaded pistol strapped to my leg, and my wife isn't aloud outside at all without hers. Maybe if you have 6 or 7 pitbulls or a car that you owe a lot of money on and want stolen this is a great place to live, but other than that I'd feel safer in south phoenix than here.
