Not a good place to live! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I will agree with a lot of others. The water is never hot. Is off at least once a week. And the bill goes up and up and they make us pay for it. There is always construction going on. The drive ways flood. If you have 2 cars with 1 of them forget about parking close to your place. Maintenance is a joke. And so far my neighbors car has been stolen and my car broken into. Not a kid friendly place. Dog poop every where and no one does anything about it! Disgusting!!
