This place is a dump. I've lived here almost a year and can not wait til my lease is up. Atleast once a week it they shut the water off, most of the time with no notice. Sometimes you might have water, but only cold water. Funny thing though... since I moved in my water bill has almost doubled!! Figure that out. Maintenance is a joke! I had to call once a week and put in several work orders to get my dishwasher fixed. Something is always under construction at Woodstone, and its always a huge inconvience. Its a huge complex, but there isn't enough parking for everyone. Management pretends to be friendly to your face, but they don't care about your needs. Lots of car thefts and break ins. The I-17 is right next to the complex making for quick getaways. You can usually always come home to the cops. Their always here for something. The apartments have bad mold and mildew issues. I could go on and on about this place. I usually try and say something positive on my reviews, but the only positive thing I can think of is that I only have two months left here. Don't move here!! Save yourself the headache and frustration. Also to make matters worse they've raised the rent!

I agree, I lived there 2 years ago. The lady that lived above me had 2 out of control kids whom she left home alone every day. Unfortunate for me, I was working night shift and had to sleep during the day. The little hellions up stairs would stomp around all day and make all kinds of noise. I even woke up one afternoon after hearing a noise on my back porch only to find her kids climbing over my wall and screwing around on my porch. I yelled at them and they sicked their mommy on me later. She didn't understand why I had a problem with her kids making an insane amount of noise and tresspassing on my porch. Management didn't do a damn thing about it just like they didn't do anything when my dishwasher broke. There were constant plumbing problems.
One day a water line broke in the bathroom and created a swimming pool in my bathroom. I called management at exactly 5pm and they told me to keep sopping the water up all night until maintenance went back on duty in the morning. I had to stay home from work just to keep my apartment from being flooded. When they finally did fix it they left a huge hole in the wall and no matter how many times I asked them to fix it they just ignored me. It remained there till the day I moved out.
God that place was a ---- hole. Every time I turned around the police were cruising through the parking lot looking for some dumb ass gang banger or the ghetto bird was flying over with the spot light on the yard behing my apartment. There was constantly new graffiti popping up everywhere. There were alot of thugs living there.
If you don't mind living in the ghetto and being surrounded by crime and drug users the Woodstone apartments is the place for you!
