I have lived here for over a year, and when my lease is up in a few months, I will be moving out. I dont have to live here, I chose it due to location, I work very close. I have never in my life, seen such a terrible enviornment. I have over the past fifteen years lived here a few times. This use to be a very nice complex years ago, and I truly loved the floor plans. I dont know what happened. I imagine the same thing that has happened to Phoenix in general. I dont have a per se problem with any of the management staff, they always seem to listen too hear what you have to say, but I dont ever see anything done about it. I have a tenant above me that makes it impossible for me to have any peace and quiet and that isnt handled at all. Im just told the woman has alot of problems, but why is this my problem. Parking sucks, dont think you will ever get a parking spot near your apartment. Isnt going to happen, they care zero about your needs, just your money. And if you are a mature woman who lives alone, it does not matter. They allow section 8 people to move in here, so someone is paying literally nothing for rent while Im paying full price, and for what you are getting its too overpriced. The pool in my section is closed down more than open. Children swimming without parental control or guidance, they throw rocks in the pool and mess up the filteration system. Funny thing is they can get in the pool area, I can never seem to open the damn gate. Not very child proof. Water is always off, you are constantly inconvienced by the construction, plumbing work they are doing, however nothing ever gets better. I would be willing to be inconvienced if I saw true improvement. I havent had a shower in over a year that I didnt get burnt or frozen by, no happy medium, the water problem is very bad, you also wait five to ten minutes for the water to get warm, and you pay your own water which constantly is going up. Grounds are not kept up to a standard of which they should be, people with animals do not clean up their pets discards. Car Thefts, Break In's and God only knows what else. Do you self a favor , if you dont have a problem getting into a decent apartment, dont bother with this place. If you are in the other catagory then I guess their are worse places you could be, however right at this moment I cant think of any. I personally make very good money and thought it would be better to build up a saving account than spend my extra money on rent, I have decided that it would be well worth every penny i make to sleep at night, have no fear for my safety, not be harrassed by my neighbors and have more peace in my life! Lady you are just pissed off you can't get Section 8 because you were turned down when they ran a background check on you. Straighten your life up and reapply. Stop being a crybaby, you whine about everything. You expect things to be handed to you on a sliver platter and you don't deserve anything.

I agree, I lived there 2 years ago. The lady that lived above me had 2 out of control kids whom she left home alone every day. Unfortunate for me, I was working night shift and had to sleep during the day. The little hellions up stairs would stomp around all day and make all kinds of noise. I even woke up one afternoon after hearing a noise on my back porch only to find her kids climbing over my wall and screwing around on my porch. I yelled at them and they sicked their mommy on me later. She didn't understand why I had a problem with her kids making an insane amount of noise and tresspassing on my porch. Management didn't do a damn thing about it just like they didn't do anything when my dishwasher broke. There were constant plumbing problems. One day a water line broke in the bathroom and created a swimming pool in my bathroom. I called management at exactly 5pm and they told me to keep sopping the water up all night until maintenance went back on duty in the morning. I had to stay home from work just to keep my apartment from being flooded. When they finally did fix it they left a huge hole in the wall and no matter how many times I asked them to fix it they just ignored me. It remained there till the day I moved out. God that place was a ---- hole. Every time I turned around the police were cruising through the parking lot looking for some dumb ass gang banger or the ghetto bird was flying over with the spot light on the yard behing my apartment. There was constantly new graffiti popping up everywhere. There were alot of thugs living there. If you don't mind living in the ghetto and being surrounded by crime and drug users the Woodstone apartments is the place for you!
