the people on this post don't all know each other. we are writing our experiences. you must be living in non-reality, or you got the only good unit and experience that i know of. i live here too and this is what i have experienced....
this place is at the worst possible intersection - the off ramp of the freeway and a main street. the view in turning left in rush hour traffic is endangered by the dip under the freeway. there are only 2 narrows ways out. if there was ever an emergency, people would die. there is a roach infestation, dog feces always in my front yard area, poor lighting, bad security, not enough maintainence workers so you have to go long periods of time before anything gets fixed, roach infestation that spraying and bombing won't fix(i have had treatments and the roaches still own the place and cover the carpet and walls at night), low character people (drugs in at least 3 units above/strippers parading in skimppy cloths/people do drugs in the open/racist slurs flung at neighbors, fights, drug sales), permanent sewer and/or mold air inside the unit, bad plumbing, car thefts, not enough parking so visitors are always stealing my spot when ever they can. the looks are decieving and so are the advertisements and the office workers. it is like hell living here. the neighbors move when ever they can. wake up and smell the slum lord lady.

Yeah except this writer here has been here 3 years and I dont have any of the issues the negative Nancy's write about. So HOME SWEET HOME, I love it here too. # years, going on my 4th.
