Refunds not available From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I applied for anapartment and was spefically advised by the leasing agent that my application fee of $70 was not refundable, but my holding deposit of $100 was. Well, don't believe all you are told. They came up with some story about why I could not be approved and then refused to give me my holding fee back. They are rude, they lie, they do not return calls, and they steal. Do take a chance of being another one of their victims!
