FIRST OF ALL the doggy bag dispensers belong to the City of Phoenix. SECOND, the pools are not empty! I dont live by the office, and the ones at the north end of the complex are not always closed, and they are used in the SUMMER! I have lived here for 3 years, and have not had any problems since the new mgmt took a little over a year ago. Before that, it was pretty bad, but the complex is cleaning up nicely. Roaches? Well I've never had any, and I'm on the 3rd floor. The rent here is way better than other places, trust me I've looked, and the emenities are endless if you know what you're looking for.

I have no idea what your situation is. I have no idea if the information below is suitable. By all means, if the following information fits, then use it and give it to everyone you know. If the conditions call for it and it is legal, then pass out FLYERS to everyone about 1-800-SLUMLORD and crime. People need to know what they can do to help themselves. No one should have to pay to live in sub-standard conditions. Go to http://phoenix.gov/police/abate1.html#1 Look at SLUMLORD and CRIME info.
