Sonterra at Paradise Valley 26% Recommended May 08 2008: After being wooed and sweet talked into moving to Sonterra, my roommate and I made the exciting venture to a third floor apartment. Within days, the people who live below us started banging on their ceiling with a broom when Townhomes On the Park 38% Recommended May 08 2008: I waited for a corner upstairs apartment and got what I wanted. The rent is reasonable for the size (over 1,000 sqf). I lived not far from the pool. Even with that location I found it to be pretty quiet Avalon Hills 44% Recommended May 08 2008: I have lived at Avalon Hills for 5 years , I have seen some changes in that 5 years in the community and the area . I have seen 3 property managers in those 5 years and the people that Presidio at South Mountain 25% Recommended May 08 2008: Maintenance left my door unlocked after leaving my apartment when finally servicing my dishwasher more than 7 days after promised date. Presidio staff members TWICE parked their golf-carts in my ONE AND ONLY parking spot. Guest parking is a bare minimum Palm Court 50% Recommended May 08 2008: I've lived at Palm Court going on three years and I really like it.
