Then Chamberlin took over it went to hell the pool is green the boiler never works
The laundry room is atrocious it's got drug dealers living in the place
Homeless sleeping on the grounds at night
And forget calling maintenance.

I've lived here since Jun 29 2008 and each year it improves, which is inspiring! The emphasis is Maintenance and it shows. Overall, courteous, professional, quality of the work above average. Customer Service has also improved since 2008 and today!
