I have lived at Legacy for over eight months. Under new management the push has been to minimize vacancies by renting to students (especially Embry Riddle) and not to ask too many questions about who is moving in, how many are in an apartment, etc. The result has been a community that has become an extention of your local fraternity house...lots of parties, noise, trash, etc. Too bad, it used to have a more mature mix and with that a degree of peace and quiet. If you wish to party-on, this is the place, otherwise save your money and rent a condo. One of the maintenance guys (Dennis) is competent, so thats a plus. The front office seems to specialize in taking smoking breaks and otherwise to be absent from the front office when you need them.
