When my roomates and I got our place the management had a terrible attitude. The guy that set our room up was fired right after we were signed up. He had screwed up all the paper work and management at the time told us it was our problem and to figure it out. They have all been fired and replaced too. Parking sucks, there is none at all. The apartments are nice for the Prescott Arizona area but nothing special. It is essentially an Embry Riddle dorm complex with a few elderly people in it.
