I have lived here for several years now. Overall, the quality is better than most other things in town. I was reading the other reviews...I agree the head manager, her name is actually Dawn, not Joanne, is extremely rude to the tenents. I have not had an interaction with her where I felt I was treated as I should be. The parking is the only other thing that's a problem...there's too little. It's a college town and a lot of cars and no real parking. Dennis and Joanne are great, they try to help out with whatever you need, but the other woman would be better suited in a job where she didn't have to work with people. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
