I just can't say enough wonderful things about The Legacy. The administrative staff is second to none. As is the maintenance staff.
Monthly socials are put on. Plates of food are delivered to the apartments of those with physical limitations. The socials are not mandatory by staff. The turn out is always great and appreciated by the tenants. It's a team effort by staff and they always deliver!
Dawn Nutthall is the apartment manager. She is excellent! She runs a tight ship but she is always gracious! I have found her to be a very pleasant person who will go out of her way to solve a problem for the tenants.
Rene Thompson is the assistant manager and what a delight she is as well.
The maintenance staff is amazing. If anything needs repairing they are at the apartment almost before you can hang up the phone. I have seen them go totally out of their way for the tenants. They are hardworking, plain nice guys. Mike and George and Ron are awesome people.
It's obvious the staff are team players because they work so well together.
The grounds are meticulous at all times.
The parking is sufficient and well lit at all times.
I really love it here. I would recommend the Legacy to anyone who desires a wonderful apartment living experience.

I certainly don't mean to insult you. But you must be mistaken. You must have your apartments confused. Prescott Lakes apartments are anything but dingy. I have two patios. I have a few of the beautiful Granite Dells. Wonderful neighbors and I pay a reasonable rent. Are you quite sure it was Prescott Lakes that you rented from?

Apartments are dingy and very expensive. Overall a terrible experience and I would NOT reccomend Legacy to anyone who appreciates the value of their dollar.
