Too expensive, parking is a problem, A/C will not work, noisy and simply not a good value in Prescott

The manager is rude and nasty to people. The owners are cheap cheap cheap. A/C will not work and the apartments cost a fortune compared to other places in Prescott. Apartments smell of stale smoke, there's loud music most evenings and weekends. Would not reccommend it to anyone I care about :(

yes I was a tenant there unfortunately, bu are you sure you're NOT with the management there?
