I have been at the Legacy at Prescott Lakes for 3 months now and can truthfully say it is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. The property is attractive and the grounds, apartments and clubhouse are well maintained.

I have an upstairs 2 bedroom apartment and it is spacious and attractively designed. There is lots of storage space, including a storage closet off the terrace. The terrace is large and covered and a great place to lounge and relax on a nice night. There is also a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and shelves. All closets are large and walk-in. All appliances are fairly new and in good working order.

The apartment complex residents are all wonderfully nice and kind people. It is so nice to just chit chat when I am home. At night we are considerate of one another and there is zero noise factor, allowing for a good night's sleep. Additionally parkiing spaces are close to where you live and fairly large. People here do not park in one another's spaces.

Recreationally there is a large gym room with great exercise equipment and weights and an outdoor pool and jacuzzi. We also have a very nice clubhouse here. The apartments has get togethers for major holidays.

So all in all, living here has been a wonderful experience and I would recommend it as a great place to live to anyone who asks me.

I think it is completely unethical and in poor taste to give other apartments negative feedback only to advertise themselves. They are not the type of company I would trust to rent from. All of the 5 star reviews are done by staff of the complex, so please beware.
