Willow Ridge offers 1-bd/1-ba for under $600 and 2-bd/2-ba for under $650!

True... my roommate and I lived at Willow Ridge for 9 months before moving to the Pines, but we only paid $670 for a 3-bedroom at the Pines, and had a much better experience there compared to Willow Ridge (though I hear WR is under better mgmt now)!
