College students are not considered low-income - please get a clue! So do not BS me/others and spare us the details on rental amounts - they start at $690 and go up from there...obviously the government kicks-in most of that amount.
So unless you're a minority and are on welfare or get disability you can't rent there.
Also they do not allow pets and have a waiting list filled with welfare moms and various halfway house drug addicts collecting disability pay who often bribe the management to get advanced on the list.
Enjoy your stay with the welfare folks as it seems you belonged there.

Your coffee smells funny, Cat. How can college students be considered low income ...yet they live there? Something is just not right and smells fishy I would say.

Sounds like some one is racist, and has a problem with low income people. Not everyone has a Mommy and Daddy to pay thier bills, you could be low income someday, then maybe you would see that it already hard enough to have little money, don't make it harder by judging.
