I think the paint peeling everywhere in my apartment is the worst. Apparently, they don't prep the walls for new coats of paint. The kitchens and bathrooms are on the outdated side and could use a makeover, but that would involve spending money. They painted the inside of the kitchen cabinets but again, the paint is peeling and unless you put paper or something down, you'll be scraping latex paint off of your dishes. Paint is always flaking off the doors and I'm constantly vaccuming up paint chips.
