The only honest info from your review is this: "...fact that the upstairs floor creaked like crazy, I always knew exactly where my neighbors were in their apartment and what they were doing at the time!!..." the rest is pure BS - IMHO.
Indeed it is a low-income complex and as such comes with certain 'priviliges' if you catch my drift... Personally I should have rented elsewhere and was glad to move after I got a pet.

I beg to differ about the pets comment. I can say for a fact that they are a super pet friendly complex. Willow Ridge allows them but they are a bit picky. The only down with The Pines and pets is that the deposit is a bit excessive but I have seen worse.

The Pines allows pets. NO size limit. Breed restrictions, yes. Deposit dropped on pets if you have a letter from your doctor stating that you have a disibility and need the pet to cope with it. They did this for us, and saved us $300.00. David in the office is a great guy, so far. Will keep you posted!
