Going down the list, we were assigned one covered parking spot for the 2 cars but we never had a problem with finding parking. The only time noise was a problem was our downstairs neighbor would like to turn up his music on weekend mornings and must have had a subwoofer directly against the wall. The vibrations would wake us up at 8am on a saturday, but when it was bothersome I'd go down and ask him to turn his music down.
Safety - overall the place was safe. My gf's car was broken into but nothing was stolen. Two other cars that were similar in car type and color were broken into as well, the police suggested that it was most likely someone looking for something in a car and it was just bad luck that her car coincidentally matched.
It does get cold in prescott/prescott valley, the windows were not double paned like most apartments costing this price and the caulking in the bathtubs seemed to come off easily. The kitchen counters seemed like they weren't completely finished, but for the most part I was very happy with the construction.
Never had a problem with maintenance.
The staff was awesome. Very helpful and even waived a late rent fee.

Also wanted to throw in... they aren't 'dated'... they were new in the summer of 2005, I was the first person to live in the unit I moved into.
