I miss this apartment complex. I've moved to Texas and my new place is just horrid. Glassford Hill Apartments (GHA) are really new. My roommates and I lived there for 2 years and I don't think I'll ever find an apartment complex that I enjoy as much.

The staff was great, sure Edward can be a bit quirky but he is a really nice and funny guy. The staff gets things done and maintenance is very professional and timely. We rarely had any problems requiring maintenance but when we did we just filled out the form in the office and it was taken care of. Sometimes the heater on the pool or hot tub would break, but not for long. For the most part they kept that area sparkling clean and ready to use.

My bedroom was right by the stairs, but the only time any of us had a problem with noise was when the guy downstairs blared his music (similar to the other review on here) but he too was nice enough to turn it down. I always felt the area was safe and the view from the back of the complex is wonderful.

The kids get annoying though. They'll skateboard through the parking lot between cars and I almost hit a few on more than one occassion. There was never a problem with parking. We had three cars and just one spot, but it was rare that any of us had to park unreasonably far away.

Overall, I would move back here in a heartbeat if I had to come back to the Prescott area. So if you think that these apartment rating websites are just for people who complain, I'm sure this proves you wrong. GHA is a fabulous place to live for a very decent price (although I heard it went up since we lived there) so if you're moving to Prescott/Prescott Valley you'd be smart to check this place out.
