The Staff are the best in the land. They hire Hospitality Personalities to give top care and attention to their residents. Their concierge office was open 7 days a week. They really go the extra mile.

I enjoyed the sparkling beach front pool/hot tub & their 24 hr fittness center more than anyone. I saved money by not paying to join an expensive Gym tied to a one year contract. The grounds were always kept need & clean.

They allow pets but were not afraid to give you a violation in a New York second if you didn't clean up after the pet. That can get expensive. I got caught by their pool police who kicked me out of the pool area because I didn't have my designated red pool pass on me. They kept the neighborhood kids out of the pool though.

Anyway..... I'd recommend Glassford Hill way above the other 2 apartment complexes in the area. Glassford Hill is smaller, newer, better managed and definately friendlier.
