I have good and bad opinions on Glassford Hill Apartments in Prescott Valley, AZ. The apartment complex is the nicest looking in Prescott Valley, although the rent seems to be the most expensive around. For the price though, you get pool (which is supposed to be heated and IS NOT), hot tub, fitness room and a business center for faxes/copies. The maintenance was very responsive to a particular problem we had and the issue was fixed quickly. I was disappointed with the fact that after our lease was up, they raised our rent by $360 per month, even though we were good tenants and paid our rent on time EVERY time. I also must note that the apartments seemed to have been built too quickly. Evidence of this includes crooked doors, cabinets, drawers, mirrors and baseboards. The appliances they chose are also the cheapest you can get and are quite noisy. I feel as though that even though this apartment complex looks nice now because it's still fairly new, it will not look so nice in a couple of years due to the value of the building materials.
