I've lived here over a year and absolutely loved it UNTIL.....two days after I signed a new lease the CONSTRUCTION on PhaseII started. We were NOT informed of that this was going to happen and certainly would NOT have signed that lease if we had known. The construction starts at 6am and goes till 6pm. It is not only completely destroying the views on two sides of the community but IS EXTREMLY NOISEY! My view is now a construction site and I have to keep all the doors and windows shut because of the noise. I am already sick to death of those back up beepers on the heavy equipment. I work from home so it is VERY annoying. I AM SOOooooo DISAPPOINTED that this has happened and that the staff did NOT forewarn us. When I went in to talk to the staff regarding the problem I got no sympathy and no solution. Now I'm stuck with another five months on this lease. It's really too bad because my first year here was wonderful (and worth the $1,023 a month)and we had planned on staying indefinetly. We had no problems until this construction deal came up without notice.
