I lived at Glassford Hill Apartments for over 3 years. For most of those years I had few problems, when dealing with the property manager, I would find it difficult to get my needs heard without sarcasm. However, the assistant property manager Jaime Chisholm was very caring and insured that her tenants were taken care of. It is only because of Jaime that I stayed so long. I would recommend that when dealing with this property, you only deal with her. All my maintenance needs were taken care of promptly. Currently there is new construction going on and they continue to have problems with residents not picking up after their pets.
