I have lived at Glassford Hill Apartments for a few years now. I have always had a hard time getting in touch with the manager. Whenever there was a problem it would take weeks to get a response from him. Even when the matter was extremely urgent. The manager Edward is rude to renters. Never saying hello in passing. When working with him all I would get is a sarcastic response. The office never owns up to there mistakes and somehow tries to make it your fault. Maybe Edward should stop playing World of warcraft on his computer and actually do his job. These games are stacked under his desk for the world to see.

I pay a lot of money to live here with all the amenities it has to offer. The jacuzzi was closed down for weeks this winter and the pool gets locked before it is even supposed to be closed for the night. When I moved in they said the pool was heated. Not so. They offer wireless internet but that is hardly ever working.A notice will pop up on your computer saying the bill has not been payed.
Also the grounds have not been kept up. The weeds are overtaking the complex and the grass is dead and yellow from all the dogs in the complex peeing on it. Really where was my rent money going' The sounds from your neighbors is so loud.They can hear everything you do and everything they do. For instance could hear my neighbor using the bathroom.Lights in parking area are ALWAYS out.How are they supposed to add on more buildings when they cant even manage the ones they already have' Good luck

Some reviews have actually been written by staff to make it seem better. It might seem nice at first to rent here, but really think about what your getting into. Any place in p.v has got to be better then here. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

Finally someone that has told what this place is really like. You only left out that Edward can't live without his ipod and that he always try's to belittle you as a renter! Bravo to you for standing up to this pathetic place.
