I get automatic updates on the ratings for these apartments and I completely agree with the writer right below my rating! These places have gone completely downhill! The grounds and management. Especially in the past 3 months! Since the assistant manager has left and was replaced nothing gets done. Everytime I walk into the office it seems like no one knows what they are doing! The manager is never around and when he is he doesn't have the time to talk with anyone! The residents have been completely written off in his book. Even before the only person that was polite to any of the residents was Jaime.

You need to find a new place to rent! Go to the Terraces!!!

Haven't you people heard that there's a water shortage on? I'd be totally shocked if the lawn WAS green, unless they're using spray paint.
