Generally, the only people who take the time to post here are people who have a beef with the complex they wish to make public, rather than perfectly happy residents who are too busy living their lives to post negative reviews on here.

I write this review as the manager of another property in California who had the pleasure of visiting and viewing the work for myself.

The Glassford Hill Apartments is a lovely complex nesteled just outside a thriving commercial center, making it just a short drive or walk away from many amenities. The units themselves are designed well; very modern and spacious. The lot itself is quite nice, and not once did I see an overgrowth of weeds or any sort of malady to the landscaping that some of the previous writers alleged. The pool, although I did not enter it, seemed to be very clean.

The office staff were all incredibly friendly, and the manager the friendliest of all. I'm not sure what some of the previous writers have seen, but I personally witnessed him deal with a conflict with a tenant in a very tactful and respectful manner, such that both parties walked away from it satisfied with the outcome.

If you're moving to Prescott Valley, Glassford Hill is a wonderful choice in which to make your future home.
