I lived at this apartment complex from Aug 2006 to July 2009. Overall, we had no problems with the apartment and any maintenance issues were taken care of quick and easy, even during the maintenance staff transition. Water costs would go up due to "cost of water" resources going up. My rent stayed the same during the 3 years. Too bad people kept messing up the volleyball court.

Negatives: As far as the market price, it is a little pricey. It might even be a little more than renting a comparable house or duplex. Also, landscaping was slowing going downhill. They used to have a company come out every week, that seemed to have stopped.

I gave my notice 32 days in advance and watched the lady place it in my file. I was moving out July 31 because I found a girlfriend and we wanted a house, plus my other roommates moved out of town. On July 29, I had to give my keys back and was not able to conduct a final walk through with Mgt due to a family emergency. But I told the lady at the desk that here are the keys, we are completely moved out, and decline to be present for the walk-through, since a 30-day notice was given. The final account statement came and I was being billed for rent until Aug 6! And the statement said there was no notice given. So I called and made an appointment for Edward to call me back. That day came, as well as another, and still no call. So I went into the office and Edward and I talked about it. He said that if I can show him the Move-out notice (it was on my computer) that he would do some "detective work" and see what he can do. Albeit, it was a calm and respectful meeting with him. He said he would look it over the weekend and call me on Monday. Monday came, as well as another day, and no call. I emailed again to check on the update, no response. Now I made a phone call, and sure enough, another appointment with Edward to call me back after the weekend. This is getting irritating, to say the least.

If you do rent here, get receipts for everything! Rent, Move-out notice, etc. I wasn't aware that I could get a receipt of the move-out notice, nor was I offered. I watched her put it in my file so I figured all was well. I'm hoping this will work out, if it does, this wouldn't be a bad place to live.
