We rented our apartment based on their internet site, since we were moving from out of state. I have to say that even though they are nicer than many apartments, they are not the luxury apartments they claim to be on their site. The rent is a little high for what you get. You can rent a 3 bedroom house for the same price. The management has always been nice and helpful, the apartments are fairly new and the grounds are park-like. There is a gym and a small, but nice pool. But upon moving in, our apartment was very dirty. Many of the outside light fixtures do not work, are broken, or have been removed with ducktape over the outlet. The building quality is somewhat poor with cheap fixtures. There isn't lighting in the living and bedrooms, you need to have your own table or floor lamps. There are cracks in the ceilings and the pipes bang loudly. Noise is also a problem. There doesn't seem to be any insulation and sound from outside carries. The complex is gated, but the gate hasn't worked since we moved in (about 5 months ago). We also had to wait a couple months for screens to be put in. When they came to put them in, they weren't the right ones, but they squeezed them on anyway. The maintainence guys also broke a couple of our lights and left trash on our patio. The biggest problem we have had is parking. You are only assigned one spot. If you have more than one car expect to circle around for a spot like at the mall on black friday. We have also had problems with people parking in our spot, double parking and blocking us in and even blocking entire streets. The management actually gave us the tow company's number when we moved in. So basically if you are looking for something short term, these would probably be ok. But I just couldn't see living here for more than 6 months.
