Definetely NOT worth the rental rates they charge - look elsewhere An overpriced place that is also far from shops and downtown. Run-down apartments. There are plenty of other less expensive places to rent at in PV or Prescott itself these days.

Beware of this complex, do yourself this favor and look elsewhere! Your Deposit will be gone...even if you leave the place completely clean and with NO damages. Management lies to tenants ALL the time. I lived there for 3 years and every year the rent was increased. Beware of this

GREATEST WE MOVED IN MIDDLE OF NOVEMBER OF 2008. THE PLACE WAS GREAT AS WE NEVER SAW THE [LACE UNTIL WE MOVED IN FROM PHILADELPHIA PA. THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL AND VERY HELPFUL. WE TRULY RECOMMEND THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. THE PLACE IS KEPT UP BEAUTIFUL AND STAFF FIXED PROBLEMS QUICKLY. THE COMPLEX

Lesson learned: look elsewhere... Considered moving here. Put a deposit down. Had a apt. already reserved and when i came back to sign the rest of the papers i was told my apt. was rented to someone else.
