Overall We have been living at the Terraces at Glassford Hill for 3 years. For the past 12 months or more, so many nice additions have been done......beautiful flowers, nice outdoor furniture at the pool/spa. The upkeep is very good. Maintenance is A ....they always respond immediately.

Office Staff - Great We had a great experience with the office staff. We were coming from across country and they were very helpful. While we found a house locally in the end, eveything through the process up to moving in was great. Especially the office staff of Issiwa, Megan and Kevin.

LOUD, SMOKERS, CRIME, RATS - JUST SAY "NO" Just tour the complex on the weekend for an idea of who/what lives here. Roll by around 2am to see how many cop cars are here. Look at the cigarette trash on the property and expect many criters on your porch or in your apt.

Definetely NOT worth the rental rates they charge - look elsewhere An overpriced place that is also far from shops and downtown. Run-down apartments. There are plenty of other less expensive places to rent at in PV or Prescott itself these days.

Beware of this complex, do yourself this favor and look elsewhere! Your Deposit will be gone...even if you leave the place completely clean and with NO damages. Management lies to tenants ALL the time. I lived there for 3 years and every year the rent was increased. Beware of this
