The appliances are old and the maintenace persons will tell you that they can't be fixed. One maintenance person told me that the dishwasher was fine and its normal for your dishes to have more stuff on them than before. The floor trim in the bathrooms is falling off revealing mold and holes behind it. The windows continuously fall from the base. The office staff has heard of my problems but three months later nothing has changed. Beware they only look nice!
