Depends where your apartment is

I think this place all depends on your neighbours. My neighbours are good so I have a good place. I have seen other peoples neighbours, and having those punks all around all the time would make me very unhappy.
Parking is, there is no way to discribe the parking and speed bumps, but lets just say if it is reason enough to not live here.
The fix-it staff are creepy!
The A/C system in my apartment just cant keep up with the hot and cold of arizona. Maybe it?s because of the vaulted ceiling. Example, I want to keep the place at 85 and the ac will never stop.
Like all apartments, it has a fence and gates and there are always some gates that don?t lock.
It can be noisy at night from the bars on Scottsdale Road, if you leave the window open.
There seems to be a lot of police activity. I don?t know if this is security, or it relates to the Punks!
Make sure you see where the apartment your renting is exactly at and make sure it is away from the parking lot and trash dumpsters or this place will suck.
Basically the A/C and Parking are serious negatives. Enough to make a smart person look somewhere else.
And, don't get me started on the "ARE YOU ARE YOU A TERRORIST FORM they make you fill out if you are a Canadian.
