we lived there and the shed was broken into they had no sympathy towards the fact that someone broke in. numerous times we had complaints and was told they never heard about it before. apon moving out they put wrong dates on paperwork to make it seem like we over stayed our lease. we had a 640.00 deposit witch they somehow screwed us out of but they will get what is coming to them and they will try there hardest to screw you royaly. so if you plan on living here be prepared to live in a ---- hole and never leave anything out. dont trust the painters there a bunch of theeves..

ALWAYS GET THINGS IN WRITING OR ELSE THEY WILL SCREW YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've lived there a year and now they are raising all our rents by $100.00!!!! They are greedy pigs!!!! Do not move to this property!!!!
